Speak Up! is our flagship engagement programme for Make Futurism Great Again, working with participants from three local charities – the Stewart Low Trust, Claremont Project and Age UK. The project focuses on moments of everyday protest to produce banners, texts and sound recordings inspired by the following questions (and others):
“What makes you shout at the TV?
“Remember a time in your life when you had to say NO!”
The sessions produced some beautiful and visually arresting work and I am very grateful for the creative leadership by Neo-Futurist artists Peter Faulkner Murphy and Helen Scarlett O’Neill, in partnership with Estorick Education. All of the participants were made honorary members of the collective.
Great read thankyouu
